Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Journey to Gujarat, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our guests. Since safari slots are limited and confirmed in coordination with local safari operators, cancellations and changes may be subject to certain conditions.

1. Cancellation by Guest
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled safari date: 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made between 3–6 days before the scheduled safari date: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled safari date: No refund will be provided.

2. Rescheduling
- Guests may request to reschedule their safari date (subject to slot availability).
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 72 hours in advance of the original booking.
- If rescheduling is not possible, the above cancellation terms will apply.

3. Cancellation by Us
In rare cases, a safari may be cancelled due to:
- Unforeseen natural conditions (heavy rain, flooding, etc.)
- Safety concerns or restrictions by local authorities
- Unavailability of safari slots despite confirmed payment
In such cases, guests will be offered the choice of:
- Rescheduling to the next available slot, OR
- Full refund of the booking amount within 7–10 business days

4. Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Refunds are typically credited within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Important Notes
- We are a private safari booking service (not a government agency). All bookings are managed under Journey to Gujarat.
- Refunds will not be provided for “no-shows” (failure to arrive at the safari point on time).
- Any booking made through third-party travel portals must follow the respective portal’s cancellation policies.
